Shirin: A Hundred Years, Rooted and Uprooted traces four generations of one Persian family across a century of upheaval - from the streets of Kashan to the prisons of pre-revolutionary Iran and beyond. At its center is Shirin, whose life becomes a lens through which inherited prejudice, faith, silence, and belonging quietly unfold.

Beginning long before the Iranian Revolution, the book asks how intolerance takes root - not only through politics or religion, but through what families teach, what societies normalize, and what remains unspoken.

Translated from the original Farsi by the author's daughters, Farnaz and Mehr, and narrated by Mehr Mansuri, Shirin is both a daughter's act of preservation and a mother's enduring reflection on the deeper roots of human division.

Sarab 1, written by Homa Ehsan, the story of Iranians thirty years before revolution, signaling the cause of the Revolution.

Homa Ehsan, at the Age of 14, started her career in Journalism and in Woman’s Magazine ‘Banovan’. 

She continued her education in Journalism in Heidelberg Germany and returned to Iran as the first female reporter and the only female news editor at Pars news agency, TV announcer and producer, and the first person who took the radio microphone from closed studios to the Iranian population to report on the lives and thoughts of different layers of society.

After the revolution, she started the 24-hour Radio in California from 1991-2004.
